This Privacy Policy complies with Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA B.E.2562). This policy applies to all users accessing the MooKo mobile application located in Thailand.

2. Personal Data We Collect

We only collect data necessary to provide cross-border e-commerce service (physical goods sales) following data minimization principle:

• Account information: Name, email address, mobile phone number
• Delivery information: Recipient name, shipping address, postal code
• Transaction data: Order records, purchased goods, payment transaction records

Important Notice: We DO NOT store complete credit card, bank card details. All payment processing is handled by licensed third-party payment service providers.

• Technical data: Device model, system version, IP address, APP operation logs

We will not actively collect sensitive personal data (health, religion, biometrics).

3. Purpose of Data Processing

• Create & manage your user account
• Process orders, arrange cross-border logistics and product delivery
• Provide after-sales service, handle refunds and customer inquiries
• Prevent fraud and secure transaction safety
• Send service notifications related to your orders (no mandatory marketing messages without separate consent)

After account cancellation: We keep transaction records for 10 years to comply with accounting and tax legal obligations; other personal information will be securely erased.
